First Investment Bank – Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Job description (overall definition):

Credit Risk Analyst is responsible for:

• Performing financial analysis on business loan proposal related to company’s credibility, strengths and weaknesses according to Bank procedures and strategies.
• Proposing measures for credit risk mitigation related to loan proposals. Provide recommendations of the credit risk parameters of loan proposal and prepare Risk Management Opinion for the case.
• Reviewing and preparing the package of documents for loan proposals to be finally presented to Credit Committee.
• Preparing Credit Committee Protocols for loan proposals according to terms and conditions approved.
• Preparing periodic analysis of loan portfolio and credit risks.
• Monitoring of loan portfolio according to Credit Risk Loan Monitoring Procedure regarding loan repayment behavior, post-disbursement conditions, monitoring visit reports, business overdrafts discounts & renewal, LC/LG monitoring, etc.

Competencies / Skills:

• University Degree in Business Administration or Finance / Economics. 
• At least 3 years banking experience with Business loans.
• Analytical, Financial and Accounting skills are strongly preferable;
• The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
• Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
